Most bus contracts allow for a free cancellation more than 7 days before the trip. In order to verify the conditions of your contract we invite you to contact us by phone or email.

To modify your reservation simply contact our team by phone or email and we will be happy to help you with your modifications or questions.

You can make your reservation request online via our website as it allows you to add many options. If you prefer, you can also contact one of our transportation specialists by phone.

If a problem occurs during our business hours you can contact us directly at the Louloubus number. Also, an emergency number 24 hours a day and 7 days a week will be given to you when you make your reservation.

We do business with over 150 carriers. We favor the carriers in your region of origin to get the best rates for you.

Rental rates are subject to the route, the type of bus, the date...it is therefore impossible for us to give you a fixed rate but by requesting a quote online you will get the best rate within a maximum of 24 business hours.

With LoulouBus you can rent several types of transportation, school buses, luxury coaches, minibuses.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to rent transportation without a driver. 

If you or any of your passengers have forgotten a personal item during a journey, simply contact us by telephone or e-mail, mentioning your name and the date of the journey. We will then follow up with the bus company to see if the object has been found and arrange for its return. From experience, it also often happens that we contact you before the person has even realized that the item has been forgotten. That's what LoulouBus service is all about!
